Pârtia Sulinar

Sulinar is the classic red run of Poiana Brașov: about 2.8 km long with some 635 metres of descent, from around 1,705 m near the top of the gondola down to the resort at about 1,070 m. It is wide in its upper part and steeper through the forest below, and for many Romanian skiers it is the run that measures whether you have really learned.

You reach it by the Postăvarul Expres gondola or, from the top of the Capra Neagră and Kanzel cable cars, via a short link. A 2025/26 day pass cost 240 lei for adults and 140 lei for children 6–12; the 2026/27 tariff had not been published in September 2026. Lifts generally run 09:00–16:00.

Confident intermediates will enjoy it most in the morning, before the lower section gets scraped and bumpy. Beginners should wait: Bradul and the long, gentle Drumul Roșu come first. See our ski guide.
