Pârtia Clăbucet

Clăbucet is the ski area of Predeal, about 27 km (35–40 minutes' drive) south of Brașov on the DN1: a compact domain of red and blue runs on the Clăbucet hill, served by a four-seat chairlift and drag lifts. The main Clăbucet run is about 2.1 km with 390 metres of descent; the lower slopes, including Clăbucet Sosire, are floodlit for night skiing.

Prices 2026 (operator's tariff): day pass 250 lei for adults and 125 lei for children 5–12; four hours 200/100 lei; two hours 120/60 lei; under-5s free. Point cards and season passes are also sold.

It suits families and improving skiers who want shorter, quieter slopes than Poiana, and it is the easiest ski area to reach by train: Predeal station is on the Brașov–Bucharest main line. The catch is the DN1, which can be very slow on winter weekends. See the Predeal guide and our ski guide.
